Grant Mildon

Grant is Middleton Williams' main draughtsman, responsible for the preparation of Council application plans, Land Transfer plans, topographical and engineering plans, primarily using AutoCAD 2007. A part of his responsibility involves client and consultant interaction to ensure that a satisfactory project end result is achieved, in association with the project managers Tania amd Andrew, and the rest of the surveying team.

This is primarily manifest in liasing with Territorial Authority staff to achieve a successful conclusion to a subdivision and/or engineering project resource consent approval, or the creation of detailed color sales/concept plans, at the request of a client.

In his personal time, Grant enjoys cyber-punk movies, a diverse range of music, gardening, and is a serious fan of the works of J.R.R. Tolkien and H.P. Lovecraft.
