Argelins Road, Hanmer

This project has involved Middleton Williams for over four years, as an ongoing multi-stage development.

The project works included:

an initial, detailed topographical G.P.S. survey of the Chatterton River bed and surrounding area, including the property block to ascertain the effects of the river flows upon the project
preparation of initial stage development concept and application plans for submission to Hurunui District Council
obtaining all necessary resource and subdivision consents from Hurunui District Council
liaison with Environment Canterbury to determine a satisfactory stormwater drainage scheme, and its' impact on the subsequent engineering design
preparation of engineering specifications and tender and the subsequent supervision of the contract
all the land transfer work necessary for the creation of new titles including pegging, plan preparation and plan lodgement for each stage of the development
compilation of constructed site features, to provide an accurate record of as-built services, as required by Hurunui District Council
