Drayton Drive, Mount Pleasant, Christchurch

Drayton Drive is a high quality hillside subdivision situated on Christchurch's Port Hills. Middleton Williams & Co. managed the project through all stages of development.

The project stages included:

• an initial topographical survey of the site
• obtaining all necessary resource and subdivision consents
• the engineering design necessary to accommodate the features of a particularly steep site
• preparation of engineering specifications and tender and the subsequent supervision of the contract
• all the land transfer work necessary for the creation of new titles including pegging, plan preparation and plan lodgement. This included the definition of significant covenants to ensure a development of high quality

Our principal objective was to translate the client's initial ideas and vision for the site into an attractive and prestigious place to live.
