Fife Tuscan Way, Lincoln

This project has mainly involved Middleton Williams as the client's cadastral surveyors (initial stage subdivision concept design, obtaining Resource and Subdivision Consent approval from the territorial authority and site surveying) and the set out of the site engineering works, on behalf of engineers Montgomery Watson Harza.

The project works included:

• preparation of initial stage development concept and application plans for submission to Selwyn District Council
• obtaining all necessary resource and subdivision consents from Selwyn District Council
• site set out of roading, stormwater and sewage disposal and high-pressure water features, according to the engineers' design plans
• compilation of constructed site features, to provide an accurate record of as-built services
