McKean Property International (Waiora Vineyard Estate), Waipara

This project involves the continued development of thirty-six premium vineyard estate blocks in the heart of the Waipara grape growing region, in north Canterbury.

The project works included:

• client consultation to determine their requirements in creating an attractive and marketable vineyard estate block, within the framework of the existing parcels of land
• periodic interaction with the client in using site and aerial photographs to assist in the production of marketing material
• preparation of initial development concept and application plans for submission to Hurunui District Council
• obtaining all necessary resource and subdivision consents from Hurunui District Council
• all the land transfer work necessary for the creation of new titles including pegging, plan preparation and plan lodgement
