The Peterborough Centre, Christchurch

This project involved the conversion of a heritage building of significant historical importance into inner city apartments. In conjunction with the building's new owners, Middleton Williams & Co. prepared the subdivision application and undertook all survey work necessary for the preparation of the Unit Plans and associated survey documentation to facilitate the issue of Unit Titles.
