Brookside Estate, Rolleston

Brookside Estate is a high quality multi-stage residential subdivision situated in Rolleston township, half an hour south of Christchurch. Middleton Williams & Co. managed the project through all stages of development.

The project stages included:

• an initial topographical G.P.S. survey of the rural block from Brookside Road to Lowes Road
• obtaining all necessary resource and subdivision consents from Selwyn District Council
• the engineering design necessary to accommodate the features of an open rural section and to provide a solution to meet all roading, water and sewage disposal and high-pressure water provision requirements
• preparation of engineering specifications and tender and the subsequent supervision of the contract
• all the land transfer work necessary for the creation of new titles including pegging, plan preparation and plan lodgement for each stage of the development

Our principal objective was to translate the client's initial ideas and vision for the site into an attractive and prestigious place to live.
