Waipara Limestone Vineyard Estate
Waipara Limestone Vineyard Estate is a large, multi-stage rural subdivision situated in the back blocks
of Amberley township. Middleton Williams & Co. has been involved in the project through all stages
of development.
The project stages included:
- obtaining all necessary resource and subdivision consents from Hurunui District Council
- initial topographical G.P.S. surveys of parts of the rural blocks from Mound Road, for engineering design of access roads by a third-party consultant
- cooperation in the engineering design necessary to accommodate the features of large, open rural blocks with roading and h.p. water supply
- all the land transfer work necessary for the creation of new titles including pegging, plan preparation and plan lodgement for each stage of the development
Our principal objective was to translate the client's initial ideas and vision
for the site into 5.00 hectare blocks of rural land, with large open vistas, overlooking the Canterbury Plains and Waipara River.
