Waipara Limestone Vineyard EstateMiddleton Williams & Co has been involved with this project through all three stages of its' development, providing cadastral L.T. survey support, by means of GPS. 
Brookside Estate, RollestonMiddleton Williams & Co has been involved with this project through all four stages of its' development, providing both cadastral L.T. and engineering survey support. 
Fife Tuscan Way, LincolnA further staged development, heavily involving engineering and landscaped stormwater design. Middleton Williams' involvement has been as the overseeing site surveyors. The engineering aspect of this project was

McKean Property International (Waiora Vineyard Estate), WaiparaThis project involves the continued development of thirty-six premium vineyard estate blocks in the heart of the Waipara grape growing region, in north Canterbury.
Argelins Road, HanmerA four stage project that Middleton Williams has been involved with for over four years. While survey-cadastrally straightforward, the project also involved the specific engineering
of a stop-bank along the Chatterton River. 
The Peterborough Centre, ChristchurchThis project involved the conversion of a heritage building of significant
historical importance into inner city apartments.
