If you have a development idea you'd like to discuss please give us a call. Having established what you intend to do and where the parcel of land is located we will investigate the feasibility of the project. This usually involves researching Land Information New Zealand records and data held by the relevant territorial authority.
We then report back to you and suggest a meeting, either on site or in our offices to discuss the project. We will confirm the outcome of our discussions in writing to you and provide you with an estimate of our fees or a quote together with an indication of the other project costs.
